Customer service is very important to us...to me.  I have spent the majority of my employment career before opening Essence of Faith, ensuring that customers have the best experience with other companies. And I will make sure that the same holds true for my customers.  

That being said, I want your experience to always be pleasurable when shopping with us.  If your order is received and is broken or not to your liking for whatever reason, feel free to return it to us for a replacement as long as the item has remained unused and unopened. Before returning the item, please send an email containing your name, contact number, shipping address, a picture of the item and order number to: essences.of.faith@gmail.com with the subject line "Return".

Please note: Shipping costs incurred for the return by the customer is non-refundable.
